This page governs your use of the Sabooq marketing website only. Use of the Sabooq platform itself is governed by a separate commercial agreement signed between Sabooq and the merchant, and nothing here modifies or replaces it.

What this site is

An informational site describing what Sabooq is building and what of it exists today. The content is provided for information; it is not a binding offer and not a commitment to provide a service.

Every page labels what is “available now”, what is “coming”, and what is “long-term vision”. Anything not labelled “available now” is not an existing capability and should not be relied on in a purchasing decision.

Applying, and being accepted

Sending an application through this site does not create an account, a contract, or a right of access. Sabooq is in controlled onboarding and may decline any application without giving a reason.

Any numbers or commercial terms discussed at the application stage are non-binding indications until they are fixed in a signed commercial agreement.

Intellectual property

The Sabooq name, mark, visual identity and the text of this site belong to Sabooq. The typefaces used are published under open licences, and their licence details ship alongside the font files.

Limits

The content of this site is provided as is. We take genuine care with its accuracy — labelling the stages is why — but we do not warrant that it is free of error, and we may change it without prior notice.
