One system that owns the truth of your business.
Not a set of tools wired together. These parts read and write the same data, which is why there is nothing between them to keep in sync.
Storefront and public presence
A store carrying your identity: logo, colours, pages, menus, news, and your own domain. Built right-to-left and Arabic-first, and served to crawlers with what they need to find it.
Catalogue and media
Products, variants, categories and images. Media is stored and served by the platform itself rather than from an external link that can break.
Pricing, cost and VAT
Price lists, cost, and VAT calculated inside the pricing engine — not added at the end.
Inventory across locations
Warehouses, transfers, reservations and levels. The number the shopper sees is the number your team sees.
Carts and orders
Cart to order, each order carrying a snapshot of the commercial terms it was priced under.
Customers and consent
The customer record and their consent, stored with purpose, moment and origin, and not editable after the event.
Delivery on your rates
Your delivery areas and rates, shown to the shopper and fixed onto the order. For the merchant who delivers themselves or on their own arrangement.
Operations and exceptions
A page that opens on what needs attention today, and a centre that collects what broke until it is genuinely closed.
Administration, authority and audit
Your team and their roles, enforced on the server, with an audit trail of what happened and who did it.
Executed payments
Payments and settlement are modelled today as commercial facts, but executing the movement of money remains a human action outside the platform, and no provider is activated.
Carrier integration
The integration layer is built as an interface, and there is no activated connection to any carrier. We will not display a provider's logo before it is contracted and live.
Intelligence and recommendations
The system answering an operating question from recorded facts — with source, freshness and uncertainty — and then proposing an action for your approval. No model runs in Sabooq today.
Three stages, none of them vague.
-
Available now
Built and tested in the platform today. Sabooq has not launched publicly, and no merchant is running on it yet.
-
Coming
A named, authorized stage in our plan that has not been built yet. Not available, and not sold as if it were.
-
Long-term vision
The direction we are building toward. Not a date, and not a feature you can buy today.
