Sabooq is not a marketplace and does not earn from standing between you and your customer. It earns from being the system your business is run on — which puts our interest in lowering your operating cost rather than in taking a slice of your sales.
A usage fee, not a commission
Sabooq does not take a share of your success as an intermediary. The model is a platform usage fee, and it is never described as a commission or a take-rate.
Shipping is always excluded
Shipping is not part of the platform fee. It is priced and shown as its own line, so delivery cost stays visible instead of disappearing into a total.
The numbers live in your agreement
Sabooq does not publish a public rate card at this stage, and we will not put a number here before it is approved. The figures are set in your commercial agreement, and every order records the terms it was priced under.
