About Sabooq

We are building the operating system we wanted while running a commerce business.

Sabooq began from a simple, expensive observation: most of an ecommerce team's time does not go into selling, it goes into making systems agree. Spreadsheets reconciled by hand, stock corrected after the complaint, margin that nobody knows until the end of the month.

We chose to start from the boring foundation: one operating truth, owned, auditable, and isolated between merchants in the database itself. That is slower than shipping features, but it is the only thing on which trustworthy automation can later be built.

We set ourselves one rule that governs everything we say: if something is not built, we say it is not built. You will not find a customer logo we do not have on this site, a number nobody measured, or a roadmap capability described in the present tense.

Our long-term goal is stated rather than hidden: that Sabooq reaches the point of operating a merchant's business toward sustainable profit, under authority the merchant grants, within limits they declare and can withdraw. We are at the beginning of that road, not at its end.
