Privacy

This site collects nothing about you until you write to us.

This page is about the Sabooq marketing site only. For the Sabooq platform itself — the data a merchant processes about their own customers — processing is governed by the commercial agreement and its annexes, not by this page.

Draft, pending legal review. This page has been drafted conservatively and has not yet been approved by counsel. It is not a claim of compliance with any regulatory framework. It will be replaced by an approved text before general launch, and an effective date will be published at that point.

What this site does not do

It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no scripts, and loads no font, image or file from an external domain. There are no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags of any kind.

Because it uses none of those, there is no cookie consent banner. Its absence is not an omission — it is the consequence of there being nothing to consent to.

The hosting server may still record an IP address and the page requested, as every web server does. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not link them to any individual.

If you send an application

We collect what you type into the form: your name, email, mobile number, brand name, country, and whatever you choose to add about your store link, current platform and your message. Sent alongside them are the language you read the site in, so we reply in it, and one empty hidden field that exists to stop automated submissions.

The purpose is one thing: to contact you about this application and assess whether Sabooq suits your business. We do not use it for general marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with a third party for that party's own purposes.

This form does not ask for your revenue, your average order value, any official document, or any password. If a page claiming to be Sabooq asks you for those, it is not us.

⚠️ The retention period and the deletion procedure are not yet ratified. Until they are approved and published here, you can write to us to ask that your application be deleted, and we will delete it.

Where your data goes

The application form is sent to a single intake destination operated by Sabooq. If that destination is not active, the site does not display the form at all and says so plainly rather than collecting applications that never arrive.

Sabooq's platform infrastructure is defined to run inside Saudi Arabia (the Dammam region). That is a settled architectural choice fixed in the infrastructure definition; it is not yet operationally in effect, because the platform is not yet deployed to production.

Regulatory framing

We design our handling of personal data around the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — purpose limitation, data minimisation and data-subject rights.

⚠️ We do not claim certified compliance. No external audit has been carried out; we hold no SOC 2, ISO or PCI certification; and we will not display a compliance badge that no actual audit stands behind.

Contacting us

⚠️ The registered entity name, its address and the data-protection contact will be published here once ratified.

Reaching us about your data
